Doug Hepburn is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. A member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, Previously Doug served as Chairman of the PICPA’s Personal Financial Planning committee, co-chair of the annual Personal Financial Planning conference and a member of the Pennsylvania CPA Journal editorial board. He has been awarded the AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential. He has appeared on CN8's Money Matters Today and WPHL-TV News, and now hosts a program called Money Matters TV on YouTube. His articles have been published in the Main Line Times and the Pennsylvania CPA Journal and he has been quoted in CPA Journals of Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Louisiana and Utah.
Prior to starting his own independent financial planning practice, Doug spent nearly 20 years delivering tax and financial strategies through several national and regional CPA and financial planning organizations.
Doug earned his B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from Widener University and an M.S. in Taxation from Philadelphia University.
He is active in the community as the Executive Director and Founder of the Lower Providence Junior Trap program.
